2.2 If a student misses a class, it is their responsibility to study the missed content to stay up to date.

4.1 All teaching materials, resources, and content remain the property of Riyad Al Jannah.
4.2 Materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

5. Health & Safety

5.1 Parents must inform teachers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
5.2 Riyad Al Jannah is committed to providing a safe learning environment but is not liable for minor injuries unless caused by negligence.

6. Privacy

6.1 Student and parent information is collected and stored according to our Privacy Policy.
6.2 By enrolling, parents consent to the use of photos or videos of students for promotional purposes, unless explicitly declined.

7. Liability

7.1 Riyad Al Jannah is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
7.2 Participation in activities is at the student’s own risk, except in cases of negligence by staff.

8. Changes to Terms
