4. Materials & Intellectual Property
- 4.1 All teaching materials, resources, and content remain the property of Riyad Al Jannah.

5. Health & Safety
- 5.1 Parents must inform teachers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
- 5.2 Riyad Al Jannah is committed to providing a safe learning environment but is not liable for minor injuries unless caused by negligence.
6. Privacy
- 6.1 Student and parent information is collected and stored according to our Privacy Policy.
- 6.2 By enrolling, parents consent to the use of photos or videos of students for promotional purposes, unless explicitly declined.
7. Liability
- 7.1 Riyad Al Jannah is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- 7.2 Participation in activities is at the student’s own risk, except in cases of negligence by staff.
8. Changes to Terms
